The lodge offers a fantastic location for exploring the east side of the park, making it easy to spot wildlife during early mornings and evenings. While the room was cute and comfortable, I found it quite small and lacking in some amenities like reliable Wi-Fi. The dining options were decent but could use improvement, and the overall value for the price felt a bit high for what was provided.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of activities and dining options left me feeling disappointed. The location is great for exploring Yellowstone, but the amenities, particularly regarding dining and Wi-Fi, could definitely be improved.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though we had some noise issues being above a loading dock. The price felt steep compared to other options.

6.0/10

Overall, my stay at the lodge had its ups and downs. While the location within Yellowstone is unbeatable, the dining options were quite limited, and the room was basic. The quietness and natural setting were excellent, but the amenities didn't quite match the price. Still, the experience of being in the park definitely made it worthwhile.

Rooms
5.0
The room was pretty basic, with too soft beds and only one bedside table, which felt off. There was no TV, and while it had a safe, it just lacked the comforts I expected for the price.
Service
6.0
Service was available, but the dining options were somewhat disappointing, especially given the limited menu.
Location
10.0
The lodge's location is fantastic, right near the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, making it easy to explore without needing to drive far.
Dining
5.0
Dining choices were limited and more suited for large crowds than for quality meals. I would have appreciated more variety and better portions.
Facilities
5.0
The exterior and common areas were well-kept, but the amenities were quite basic compared to what you pay.

7.0/10

We had a decent stay at the lodge during our visit to Yellowstone. The rooms were modern and clean, which I appreciated. The location is convenient and close to dining options, but the dining choices were quite limited. Additionally, the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered, and some amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning were not included, which was a letdown.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were modern, clean, and quite compact, but not very spacious. We found ourselves a bit cramped, and the lack of storage was noticeable.
Service
8.0
The service was decent, with quick check-in and helpful amenities available, although some items like irons were not readily accessible.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right next to general stores and restaurants, but parking can be a challenge during peak hours.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left a lot to be desired, as there were very few healthy options and reservations for the main dining room were needed well in advance.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, including a shuttle service to the main Canyon area, but the lack of essential amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning dampened the experience.

The lodge is a solid choice for those looking to unwind after a long day in the park. It’s clean and offers a comfortable stay, making it quite convenient for exploring the area. However, the dining options leave much to be desired, and the lack of amenities could be a letdown for some. Overall, it’s a decent spot but not without its issues.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit cramped, especially in the shower area. I expected a bit more for the price, as we spent over $300 a night.
Service
5.0
Service at the front desk was a bit confusing, with staff seeming inexperienced during check-in. However, it didn’t detract too much from my overall experience.
Location
9.0
The lodge is perfectly located for accessing the park, making it a very convenient base for hiking and exploration.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were disappointing, with cafeteria-style food that was overpriced and not particularly tasty. I really wish there were better choices available.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were basic, and the absence of refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms made it a bit less convenient for longer stays.
